When it comes to the non technical CEITR jobs, the management and commerce students are sought. For administrative purposes, the bachelor degree holders in management and commerce are sought. For marketing, sales and HR positions, the master degree holder in communication, business management, international business, marketing, HR, operations, personnel management and technology management are sought. For certain positions, the candidates would be subjected to telephonic interview before getting shortlisted for the walk-in interview or written test. For senior positions, the telephonic interview would be conducted as the last level of interview process where the candidate’s selection would be decided by the authorities in CEITR.
