The DHFL Program in association with ITM Skill Academy.
Its a One Year Training wherein you will be trained exclusively
for the Job Profile which you will be entitled to after 12 Months

On the successful completion of 6 month classroom training
program at ITM skill academy and 6 month Job internship
with DHFL candidates will be absorbed Management Trainee.

Post completion of one year as Management trainee,
you will be redesignated as Branch Sales Manager on
the basis of performance.

1.Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate with Min. 50% in any stream.
2.Age: The candidate should be in the age group from 20 years to 25 years  

Written Test -> GD and PI by ITM -> Psychometric Test -> Panel Interview by DHFL 

To drive achievement of sales targets by sourcing business and coordinating with internal teams to process the cases.

Build and maintain relationship with corporate arrangements, developers, real estate to drive business by constant interaction.

Assured Job with DHFL with salary Rs. 3,50000 lakh + Incentives.Candidates need to pay the Course Fee Rs. 2,90000 for his/her residential training

Month 1-6 Training at ITM Skills Academy Stipend Rs 5000/- *6
Month 7-12 Internship at DHFL branches Stipend Rs 18,000/- *6
