Location: Delhi
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Artist - Unreal Engine at Identicube – Animation Studio in Delhi. The 3D Artist - Unreal Engine will be responsible for creating and implementing visual effects and animations for creating Architectural Visualisation for the projects. They will collaborate closely with the design and development teams to bring concepts to life and ensure high-quality execution. The 3D Artist - Unreal Engine will also contribute to the overall visual style and aesthetics of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models, textures, and materials for use in Unreal Engine.
- Design and implement high-quality environments and levels.
- Develop and optimize visual effects, lighting, and shaders to enhance the overall visual quality.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure assets and environments meet technical requirements and artistic vision.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to asset creation and implementation.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve the quality and efficiency of the work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cinematics and as a 3D artist with a focus on Unreal Engine.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D art, environments, and visual effects.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software (e.g. 3ds Max, Blender).
- Experience with texturing and material creation using Substance Painter/Designer or similar tools is a plus because substance painter /designer is a separate software where you create new material.
- Solid understanding of real-time rendering techniques and optimization.
- Familiarity with blueprint scripting in Unreal Engine is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Unreal Engine and its related tools for creating visual effects and animations.
General knowledge about video editing, modelling and architecture is a plus
Experience in creating and implementing visual effects and animations using Unreal Engine
Ability to collaborate effectively with design and development teams
Understanding of visual aesthetics and the ability to contribute to the overall style of projects
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
Prior experience in the animation or gaming industry and AR/VR is a plus
