We are launching the Success Fusion Program, a comprehensive upskilling initiative, and are seeking Academic Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Academic Counselor, you will:
- Provide personalized academic guidance to students and parents.
- Assist students in selecting the right courses based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Educate students about the benefits and features of the Success Fusion Program.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.
- Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, and counseling sessions.
- Address concerns related to the program, such as payments, placements, and course schedules.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in academic counseling or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for education and student success.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
