Job Profile:
As an Academic Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to working professionals interested in MBA/PGDM/Certification courses. You will play a crucial role in engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with prospects through cold calling, counseling sessions, and email communication.
· Assist working professionals in understanding various graduation and post-graduation programs.
· Guide candidates on course options, enrollment procedures, and benefits of the programs offered.
· Manage and maintain a database of potential candidates.
· Follow up with prospects consistently to convert inquiries into enrollments.
· Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
· Collaborate with the team to meet organizational goals.
Skills Required:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic convincing and negotiation abilities.
