Job Description
AMUL (AMUL) invites application for the position Account Assistant
Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for Branch accounting and commercial functions.
The major responsibilities include:
a. Ensuring Maintainance of books of accounts including finance management and asset accounting.
b. Ensuring implementation of standard procedures relating to arrival of stocks.
c. Maintainance of Stocks
d. Physical Verification and reporting
e. Invoicing
f. Ensuring proper compliance with all statutory formalities like sales tax, GST, Service tax
g. Coordinating with internal auditors
h. Ensuring proper utilization of Budget.
i. Preparation of Trial Balance
Desired Candidate Profile: The candiadate should be a first class graduate in commerce (B.COM) with minimum 4 years of work experience or M.Com with minimum 2 years of work experience. The graduation should be a regular and full time.
a. The candidate with good academic records and job experience will be preferred.
b. The candidate should be well versed in MS Office package especially MS Excel and Word.Candidates having knowledge of SAP-FI and SAP-SD will be preferred.
c. Local Candidates from West Bengal , Orissa and adjoining states shall be preferred due to the travel restrictions on account of covid 19, Candidate must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in West Bengal and Orissa.
