Job Description :

1) Passing Accounting Entries in Software Tally Prime / ERP

2) Maintaining Book Keeping

3) Assist Accounts Manager in Accounting & Audit

4) TDS Monthly Working

5) GST Monthly Working

6) Bank Reconciliation

7) Payments to Vendors

8) Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.

9) Preparing statutory accounts.

10) Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

11) Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

12) Recording and filing cash transactions.

13) Controlling credit and chasing debt.

14) Invoice processing and filing.

15) Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.

16) Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.

17) Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
