Working Hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant and USA Calling Representative to handle financial transactions, prepare reports, and provide customer support for our USA-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in customer service or telecalling.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers in the USA.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional tone.
- Work efficiently within the CST time zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in accounting and/or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in USA business hours (CST time zone).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in a USA-based process or international calling.
- Prior experience handling accounts payable/receivable for US clients.
