We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Executive - Fresher to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial records. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to grow and develop their skills in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
Support in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Help prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other management reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking expenditures.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist with GST, tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
Provide support during audits and help prepare necessary documentation.
Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Assist with any other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or any relevant software) is a plus.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
