Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts.

- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

- Conduct audits and improve financial processes.

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including accounts payable/receivable, ledgers, and reconciliations.

- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.

- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial entries.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and other statutory compliances.

- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory laws.

- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Experience in accounting and proficiency in accounting software.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
