Job Description
- Responsible to handle accounts activity such as cash, bank, assets, various report generation, etc.
- Responsible to calculate salary / EPF / ESI / TDS workings.
- Responsible to do Bank Reconciliation on weekly basis. Responsible to pay monthly payment of Service Tax / PTO.
- Prepare accounts and tax returns
- Ensure that financial documentation is accurate
- Ensure financial statements comply with applicable rules and regulations
- Prepare and maintain correct accounting records and processes
- Prepare tax returns and guarantee timely payment of taxes
- Evaluate financial performance auditing and analysis, and offer best practices
- Help firms function more effectively by identifying difficulties and strategising solutions
- Provide advice on cost reduction, revenue and profit maximisation
- Perform financial forecasts and risk assessments
