Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, oversee tax compliance, and support business financial decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Duties
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
· Prepare and review balance sheets, ledgers, and other financial statements.
· Ensure accurate bookkeeping practices using Tally ERP software.
· Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
· File TDS, GST Returns
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national tax regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
- Monitor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Maintain cash flow reports and forecasting.
4. Payroll & Expense Management
- Process salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Maintain expense reports and budgets.
- Work with HR for employee tax deductions and benefits administration.
5. Financial Analysis & Budgeting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
- Support management in financial planning and investment decisions.
