We are looking for an accountant for our office, with a minimum of one year of experience as an Accountant and well-versed in Tally and Excel.
Location: Kazhakuttom, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Proficiency: Tally ERP & Microsoft Excel
Key Duties:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions in Tally ERP.• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Daily banking activities.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reports, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.• Experience: Minimum 1 year.
• Skills: Strong communication and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax filings as per compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Generate reports using Tally and Excel for financial analysis.
- Support in internal and external audits.
