Job Description

Responsibilities :

Expertise in Busy Software

Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients/customers.

Review billing data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and
disputes.

Process billing adjustments, credits, and refunds as necessary.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

Respond to client/customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolution to billing-
related issues.

Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with company standards and
regulatory requirements.

Assist in the development and implementation of billing process improvements to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness.

Prepare regular reports and analysis on billing metrics, trends, and performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to billing and revenue
management.
