Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring & maintaining accounting records (Sales invoices, Purchase bills, GST returns, Bank Statement & Credit Card Statement, Cash & Bank Vouchers)
- Monitoring Accounts Receivables & Payables
- Preparing & filing annexure for Monthly GST returns (Sales, Purchases, Credit Note & Debit Note)
- Entering monthly GSTR1 returns on GST portal
- Prepare monthly Salary Statements from ESSL (including OD & OT reports)
- Quarterly TDS filing
- Monthly Bank reconciliation statement
- Preparing Financial Statements - Monthly Trial balance and Profit & Loss statements & Cash Flow statements
- Working with company CA for compliance related activities, including but not limited to financial documentation & facilitate all statutory audits.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting
- 5+ years’ Experience as professional accountant
- Business acumen & Accounting skills
- Knowledge of Accounting practices and Taxation laws
- Proficiency with computes & MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Tally Prime
- TDS Filing
