JD of Accountant :(Male)
Job Location –Manesar, Gurgaon
SALARY-20-25K inhand
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
· Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
· Accounts Payable and Receivable:
· Manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
· Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting:
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Generate reports on financial performance, variances, and forecasts.
· Budgeting and Forecasting:
· Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
· Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide analysis.
· Compliance and Auditing:
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
· Coordinate and support external and internal audits.
Tax Preparation:
· Prepare and file tax returns.
· Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Expense Management:
· Monitor and control company expenditures.
· Analyze expense reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Financial Analysis:
· Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
· Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
Collaboration:
· Work closely with other departments to gather financial information.
· Support the finance team in various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification is a plus.
Experience:
· Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
· Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Technical Skills:
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Soft Skills:
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
