- Prepare bank reconciliations, including cash book and suspense accounts.
- Provide support on import documentation processes such as letters of credit.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- 0-3 years' experience in accountancy or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in basic accounting skills including Excel; knowledge of MYOB software an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
