- Need to have good knowledge of tally
- Professional speaking skills.
- Should know how to use excel.
- GST update
- Basic accounting work
- Customer follow up for payments and other details.
- Generation of PO and other vouchers
- Managing financial transactions and records.
- Preparing financial statements and reports.
- Conducting audits and ensuring compliance.
- Handling payroll processing and tax preparation.
- Providing financial analysis and advice to management.
- Develop and improve internal accounting procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits.
- Manage account payables and receivables processes.
- Manage office administration and monetary transactions.
- Monitoring and enforcing financial compliance procedures.
- Generate financial reports and present them to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze discrepancies in budget and financial performance.
