Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.

Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial data entry.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and payments.

Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor company accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documents for tax filing (GST, TDS, etc.).

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Monitor financial activities and report any discrepancies to management.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to all accounting policies and procedures.
