- Serving retainer clients on need basis (including monthly MIS services, reviewing books
of accounts and suggesting solutions);

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Accounting
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, expenses, etc.).
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, VAT, and corporate tax filings.
- Assist in preparing annual tax returns and audits.
- Stay updated on financial laws, accounting standards, and government regulations.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor company expenses and suggest cost-cutting measures.
- Support management in financial decision-making.
Payroll & Expense Management
- Process employee salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
- Maintain records of staff benefits, reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure timely payment of vendors, suppliers, and utility bills.
Auditing & Internal Controls
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
- Identify discrepancies, fraud risks, and inefficiencies in financial processes.
- Maintain organized financial records for external audits.
