Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Understand client needs and manage accounts.
Sales and Order Management:
- Acquire new clients and drive sales growth.
- Prepare sales proposals and manage orders.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment.
Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate account records (preferably in Tally).
- Generate invoices and manage receivables.
- Handle TDS calculations and compliance.
- Prepare sales and receivables reports.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in accounting principles and Tally software.
- Knowledge of TDS and Indian tax regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and wholesale practices is a plus.
