Job Description

 Ensure the compliance of standard accounting practices.

 Preparation of all accounting Vouchers (Cash/Bank/Journals etc.) in Tally Prime

 Reconciliation of Accounts/Bank statements/Employees/Customers/Vendors accounts receivable/Payable

 Preparation of all commercial documentation/billings & spares management

 Preparation of Annual Budget & monitoring budget variance.

 Preparation of MIS Reports as required

 Comply to all statutory requirements

 Maintain and update financial records

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

 Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

 Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

 Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

 Manage accounts payable and receivable

 Handle tax filings and ensure timely payments

 Collaborate with auditors during financial audits
