Job Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, returns, expenses, and bank entries

Generate GST invoices and e-way bills as per compliance requirements

Manage inventory and stock reconciliation for gold, diamond, silver, and other items

Track customer advances, gold loan entries, and maintain accurate ledgers

Prepare monthly GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings
-
Maintain petty cash records and coordinate with auditors for annual filings
-
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for store management
-
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for payments and reconciliation
-
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
