Job Description

Accountant with GST Experience Voucher entry - Alwarpet Chennai - Female

Qualification: B.Com or Any Degree
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Salary Package: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
Key Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally software
Strong knowledge of GST and taxation
Excellent communication skills
Voucher entry
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts knowledge
Independently Working in Accounts Department

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Voucher Entry

Record voucher entries, invoices, and journal transactions in Tally.
Maintain ledgers, cash flow statements, and reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy in accounts payable & receivable.

GST & Taxation

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

Banking & Reconciliation

Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and payment processing.
Coordinate with banks and auditors for financial documentation.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Assist in MIS reporting, profit & loss analysis, and balance sheet preparation.
Maintain proper record-keeping for audits and compliance.
