Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Data entry: Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system, update and maintain financial records, including invoices, expenses, and receipts, and Create and tally invoices
2. Documentation: Organize and file financial documents and records, and assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance
3. Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable, verify discrepancies, and resolve issues with the assistance of senior team members
4. Assistance in month-end closing: Generate reports as required and assist in the preparation of financial statements
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to gather necessary information, and seek guidance
