To maintain all accounts related documents(bills, vouchers).
To maintain all records of files (soft and hard copy) of company and audit.
To maintain daily transaction entry in tally software.
Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
