Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounting Executive responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. You will also assist audit assistants in preparing tax audit annexures.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Billing & Invoicing
Payables Management
Bank Reconciliation
Petty Cash Management
Accounts Finalization
GST Returns
TDS Returns
Income Tax Returns
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements
Prepare and submit financial statements and reports
Assist in budget preparation and expense management
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Coordinate and support audit processes
Manage payroll processing and related documentation
