Job Description

Need to take care of all administration works. Need to handle all the Accounting Works. This is Permanent Job not a contract. No option from Work from home. Forward your resume.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.

Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures, and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Coordinate and participate in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to senior management on budgeting and forecasting activities.

Develop and implement accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

Maintain a strong relationship with external auditors, ensuring that all financial statements are audited in a timely and accurate manner.

Manage and develop the accounting team, providing coaching and guidance to staff members to ensure they meet their professional development goals.
