Job Description

Role Overview:

This multifaceted role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly manage financial operations, human resources, and business development initiatives. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of our studio, contributing to our financial stability, fostering a positive work environment, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Oversee and manage all company expenses and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate closely with the chartered accountant and their team for:
Financial reporting (e.g., profit and loss statements, balance sheets).
Tax compliance and filings.
Annual audits and financial reviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using accounting software.
Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate funds are available for operations.

Human Resources:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including:
Sourcing candidates through various channels.
Conducting initial screenings and interviews.
Coordinating with hiring managers.
Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition.
Administer employee salaries, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Manage employee performance reviews and development plans.

Business Development:

Proactively engage with leads generated from social media advertising and other marketing efforts.
Conduct business calls to pitch company services and secure new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Track and report on business development metrics.
