Job Description
Designation: Accounts and Admin Executive
The appointment shall be initially for a period of 1 year that can be further extended if the performance is found to be satisfactory.
Job Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
Statutory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations. Assist in ensuring compliance with tax laws, labour laws, and other statutory requirements.
Note Files: Creating Note Files as per JNTUH procedure for all works related to any financial proceedings and Follow-up on the note files being circulated in the campus to make sure all proceedings happen in stipulated time.
Management Information System (MIS): Prepare and provide timely MIS reports to the management team as per their requirements. Compile financial data and generate reports for analysis.
Assisting CA Team: Collaborate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) team to provide necessary data and support for audits, tax filings, Utilisation certificates, and financial analysis.
Facility Maintenance: Responsible for day-to-day facility maintenance matters, including coordinating with vendors, ensuring cleanliness, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
Admin Activities: Support in various administrative tasks as needed, such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with travel arrangements.
Qualifications:● Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2-3 years experience.
● Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles.
● Knowledge of accounting principles & practices and Statutory compliance matters.
● Proficiency in MS Office and Tally.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work
● Fluent in spoken and written English.
● Effective team player - Being able to work with others in a team is a highly desirable trait.
