Job Description
a.Maintaining the day-to-day accounting and updating the records in Tally.
b.Generating invoices and ensuring their entries promptly entered in Tally
c. Preparing and obtaining approval for expense vouchers & their entries promptly entered in Tally
d. Ensuring strict adherence to rules pertaining to TDS
e. Ensuring prompt payment of utility bills
f. Tracking the actions as per AMC for all vendors
g.Sending timely reminders to Owners for maintenance charges and other recoveries
h.Carrying out Bank Reconciliation statements for all the bank accounts
i.Keeping track of Moving-in and Moving-out charges
j.Maintaining the Minutes of Meeting of all Management Committee Meetings, Special General Body Meetings, Annual General Body Meetings and any other special meetings called for the Owners / Residents
j.Keeping track of renewal of memberships
i.Any other task as assigned by the Office Bearer
