Job Description

QUALIFICATION : DEGREE OR 12 TH PASS

SHOULD KNOW TALLY AS WELL AS EXCEL AND WORD , ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED

Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile daily transactions

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Assist with payroll processing and data entry

Prepare financial reports and statements

Maintain accurate financial records and files

Process invoices and handle vendor queries

Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures

Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Support with budget preparation and financial forecasting

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
