Job Description

Proficient in basic computing including MS Word, Excel.

Good in Tally.

Good English communication skills.

Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Maintain day to day book of accounts.

Prepare invoices for day to day transactions.

Handle payables and receivables on a weekly basis.

Assist for monthly GST filing.

Compile petty cash statement.

Keep accounts books and systems upto date.

Stock statement preparation and submission.

Debtors and Creditors list preparation.

Working knowledge of TDS and provide necessary support for IT filing.

Any other works that may be required for the working of the organization.

Day shift only.

Working Days : Monday to Friday (full day); Saturday (half day).
