Job Description
Position Vacant: Accounts Executive
Location: Chennai
Qualification:
Skills:
Bachelor’s in accounting,
Finance, or relevant degree.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Preferably from a manufacturing company / accounting firm
Preparing monthly and quarterly client reporting
Assisting in the preparation of timely information and coordinating with other departments to ensure tax deadlines are met.
Managing client relationship when required
Perform bookkeeping and general ledger function. ✓ Make apt correction in vendor account.
Processing tax payments and returns.
Manage all accounting transactions.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
