Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Salary: 20k -30k

Experience: 1+ year.

Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

● Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Maintain accurate financial records and manage daily transactions.

● Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and follow up on payments.

● Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

● Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

● Tax Compliance: Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

● Audit Support: Provide documentation and assist with internal and external audits.

● Expense Management: Process employee expenses and monitor petty cash.

● Other CA related activities

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.

● Experience as an Accounts Executive or CA.

● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally).

● Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
