Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounts Executive responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Should have minimum 2 to 5 years experience in Tally, GST, TDS P/L Account and balance sheet

Most of Female candidates first preference and Coimbatore , Pollachi locations most preference

Candidates must be have Bills maintain vendor payment, company invoice bills PF ESI challan

Responsibilities & Duties:

Billing & Invoicing
Payables Management
Bank Reconciliation
Petty Cash Management
Debit Note/Credit Note
Import/Export Documentation
Customer Correspondence
Banking Correspondence
Foreign Remittance & Interest Calculation
Accounts Finalization
