Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (for freshers, negotiable based on skill and performance)
Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage and maintain daily financial and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and be comfortable working with accounting software and Excel. If you are not already familiar with all the listed processes, you must be willing and eager to learn them with our guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions
Record bank entries and reconcile bank statements
Create payment and receipt vouchers
Process TDS and GST returns
Assist in monthly payroll processing
Work with accounting software like Tally and Excel
Assist in the preparation of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
Qualifications:
B.Com Fresher
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Basic understanding of accounting standards and financial statements
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred: Prior internship or experience in accounting or finance-related tasks.
