HI , WE ARE K SQUARE LOGISTICS , CUSTOM HOUSE CLEARING AGENT , LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE , WHO CAN LOOK AFTER -ALL ACCOUNTS RELATED WORK -LIKE , BOOK KEEPING , TALLY , VOUCHERS ENTRY , BILLING , DISPATCHES , CASH MEMO-HANDLING , INTER OFFICE CORRESPONDENCE , DAY TODAY WORK COORDINATION.

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounts Executive responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Billing & Invoicing
Payables Management
Bank Reconciliation
Petty Cash Management
Debit Note/Credit Note
Import/Export Documentation
Customer Correspondence
Banking Correspondence
Foreign Remittance & Interest Calculation
Accounts Finalization
