Job Description

We require Accounts Executive, preferably female candidate with more than 4+ years in the field capable of doing following roles and responsibilities.

Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents

It would be added advantage if the candidate is strong GST filings.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of financial processes.

Skills:

Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
