Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounts Executive responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Responsible for Maintaining Clients Accounts, Transaction Records, Helping in Budget Planning, Preparing Balance Sheet Reports. Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime and BRS, Daily Bookkeeping, taxation knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Billing and Invoicing
Payables Management
Bank Reconciliation
Petty Cash Management
Debit Note/Credit Note
Import/Export Documentation
Customer Correspondence
Banking Correspondence
Foreign Remittance and Interest Calculation
Accounts Finalization
