Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Handle invoicing and billing inquiries from clients.
