Preparation of Final Accounts, Notes, Additional Notes on Accounts, Significant Accounting Policies etc as per governing law.
Getting approval of Accounts from Concern Authorities and submit the same to Auditors for their comment and report.
Handling queries of approving authorities and auditors on accounting aspects, documentation etc.
Providing consultancy to the team &clients on accounts related queries.
Monitoring the entire Accounts principles &systemof the company and ensuring the practices, setting them in place and ensuring that the same is followed in all locations across India.
Liasoning with Banks for facilities and preparing reports
Lead the team of Accounts and responsible for team management
Internal Audit of accounts on a weekly basis
Auditing
