Responsibilities

Manage processes: Ensure sales orders, contracts, and billing are processed accurately and on time
Analyze data: Identify trends and areas for improvement in collections, accounts receivable, and cash applications
Communicate with customers: Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service
Reconcile statements: Research and correct discrepancies in statements
