Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Staff with 1-2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily accounting tasks and support the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Bookkeeping: Maintain and update general ledgers, including daily financial transactions.
- Invoice Processing: Prepare, verify, and process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries as needed.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
- Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash transactions and reconciliation.
- Data Entry: Input and verify financial data in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing relevant financial information.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize financial documents and records for easy retrieval.
