Job Description

Administrative Duties

Office Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of office tasks.

Scheduling: Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the team.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of company documents, contracts, and correspondence.

Inventory Management: Track and order office supplies as needed.

Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and other services.

Travel Arrangements: Organize travel and accommodation for staff or guests as required.

HR Duties

Recruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring they understand company policies.

Payroll Support: Prepare and update attendance, leave, and payroll records.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.

Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Performance Reviews: Assist in organizing and tracking employee performance evaluations
