Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing
Handle employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance redressal
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
-
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in final selections.

Conduct initial screening of candidates and maintain candidate databases.

Prepare and send job offer letters and employment contracts.
-
Manage onboarding processes such as employee orientation, induction programs, and documentation.

Employee Records and Database Management:

Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, performance reviews, and attendance.

Update HR software and employee management systems regularly.

Ensure all employee information is stored securely and confidentially.

Payroll and Leave Management:

Assist in preparing monthly payroll by collating attendance data, leave records, and deductions.

Manage employee attendance, sick leave, paid time off (PTO), and other leave types.

Coordinate with finance or accounting teams to ensure accurate salary disbursements.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Help in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures as per labor laws and company requirements.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational guidelines.

Prepare documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Employee Engagement and Welfare:

Organize employee engagement activities like team-building events, celebrations, and wellness programs.

Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, feedback, or HR-related questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Performance Management Support:

Coordinate periodic performance appraisals and assist in managing performance evaluation processes.

Help managers and team leads in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance goals.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Manage office supplies and inventory; monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Coordinate office maintenance, cleanliness, and ensure a safe working environment.

Vendor and Facility Coordination:

Liaise with vendors for office equipment, repairs, housekeeping, security, IT support, and other services.

Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts or renewals.

Travel and Logistics Arrangements:

Manage travel arrangements for staff and executives, including transportation, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning.

Organize logistics for meetings, conferences, training sessions, and internal or external events.

Document Management and Filing:

Maintain organized filing systems for administrative and HR-related documents, such as invoices, contracts, correspondence, and official records.

Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of records for audits, legal purposes, or reference.
