Job Description
Position Overview: The Admin Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by efficiently managing administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of marketing initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Location: Brookfield, Bangalore.
Job Mode: Onsite.
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: - Supporting administrative
activity, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, managing accounts,
and handling correspondence. Maintain marketing databases, update contact
lists, and manage inventory of marketing materials. Prepare and distribute
marketing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Campaign Coordination: - Assisting the marketing team
in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and coordinating
activities.
• Digital Marketing Support: - Assisting the
marketing team.
• Data Analysis: - Collect, analyze, and interpret
marketing data, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign
effectiveness and ROI. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare
reports to track marketing performance.
• Budget Management: - Assist in managing marketing
budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining
financial records.
• Branding and Communication: - Support brand
consistency by ensuring adherence to client's guidelines across marketing
materials and communications.
Qualifications
and Skills:
- Candidates who has graduated from commerce background are preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within
a marketing department.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to
prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge in marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing
platforms, social media management tools) is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
