Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Admin Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in administrative functions, team management, and client coordination. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating with various teams, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Manage and mentor team members, conducting regular report meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Ensure team members meet their individual and team targets.
- Handle client calls and provide support with excellent communication skills.
- Prepare and manage various reports, documentation, and records as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: BE with MBA preferred; candidates with significant experience in administrative roles may also apply.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, with experience in team management and client coordination.
