Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dedicated Admin cum HR Executive to join our team. 
  • The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as support human resource functions to help maintain a productive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

* Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.

* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance.

* Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and manage correspondence.

* Organize company records, maintain internal databases, and manage filing systems.

* Assist in event planning and organization for company functions.

Human Resources Duties:

* Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

* ⁠Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.

* Maintain employee records (attendance, personal details, etc.) in

HR systems.

* Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR-related matters.

* Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

* Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and maintain proper documentation.

* ⁠Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
