We are looking for a ADMIN EXECUTIVE to to manage files and inventories timely. The executive will play a key role to managing all daily activities.

Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationship
Attend meetings with venders
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Maintain and expand client database.
Enter the activity/communication details in the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) or report to the team.
Maintenance of attendance records and notifying the concerned authorities
Providing support to other departments and managers.
Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.
Ensure clean office environment.
